Driven by a deep passion for growth and a vision to transform the industry, Dalton Howell is the founding force behind Deal Sharks.

His leadership and expertise in multi-industry events, business development, and international tradeshows have shaped the company into a premier growth partner, generating more than $20 million in revenue for its partners, averaging at a 92% retention rate.

With over a decade of experience in tech, manufacturing, consumer, and public sectors, Dalton has built teams and companies from the ground up with high‑velocity revenue sales, marketing, and strategic growth across multiple industries.

 

Dalton Howell led the Call & Contact Center Expo in 2021 and 2022 generating $1.3 million in revenue and has achieved 130% rebooking rates with previous events under his leadership.

Dalton Howell also managed (sales, marketing, and operations of over 100 people) overseeing a full-scale portfolio valued at over $121 million.
