5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Visitors)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on these bases: to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to perform a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business, balanced against your rights; your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Cookies & Analytics
The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work and stay secure. These are set by our website platform (Wix) and, when you book a call, by our scheduling provider (Calendly). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.

- With your consent or at your direction.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. As a general guide, we keep website inquiries that don't become engagements for up to 2 years, and client and billing records for up to 7 years after an engagement ends for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We then delete or anonymize the information.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
